Since 2000, when we delivered aid in a transit van, we have supported Ovi Starlici and his wife, Carmen, who pastor a church reaching out to the gypsy community in a village called Halchiu, just outside Brasov. Pastor Ovi has seen many lives changed as a result of his input there and his congregation is growing numerically and in strength as we regularly provide him with the means to continue his work.
