Where will it take place?

St Andrew's Community Centre, Hawthorne Grove, Foxhill, Bath BA2 5QA

We have exclusive use of the centre's car park, which is normally also used by the building next door.

NB This is the older building in the car park and not the newer building next to it, which is St Andrews Community Church.

Cost of Course

Total cost £90.00 to be paid in one of two ways:

• The course (£80) and registration fees (£10) can be paid online in advance.

• The registration fee (£10) can be paid online, and then you can pay £10 weekly as you go (£80 total). We accept both cash and card payments.

  
  

We do not want anyone to be excluded from the course on the basis of cost. If the cost is an issue please advise us, as we have access to some third party sponsorship, in appropriate circumstances.

Session Format

7.00pm - 9.15pm. (Refreshments will be available from 6.30pm).

Session 1 - 7-8pm > short refreshment and comfort break > Session 2 - 8.15pm - 9.15pm

Both sessions will have a Q&A at the end of 10-15 minutes

Course Content 

Four subjects will be covered in this course, with two subjects taught each session.

A detailed schedule will be provided prior to the course commencing. The subjects taught are as follows:

New Creation Realities

The Foundations of Faith

Session Handouts

Digital and hard copies will be available.

We encourage you to bring a Bible with you, and we would suggest a physical rather than a digital version. (The New King James Version will be used within the sessions / handouts).

We also suggest that you come prepared to take notes, either physically or electronically.

Recordings

We encourage you to make every effort to be at each session, to gain full benefit, particularly from the interactive Q&A, and opportunities for prayer. However, we are aware that of course unexpected circumstances can arise and prevent this. In this scenario a recording will be made available of the missed session/s.

Booklist

No additional reading is required, but a list of recommended books related to each subject will be made available.

Validation of Course

The course is not accredited, but there will be a voluntary examination at the end of the course, and completion of the course will be marked with a certificate.
